Mission

Yandeh Holdings Inc. exists to develop and steward protocol infrastructure for the governance of autonomous systems in the post-quantum era. The company conducts and holds research on machine identity, execution authority, and verifiable authorization, and licenses the resulting intellectual property for commercial deployment through its licensing entity.

The central thesis of the company's research program: security has been organized around identity. The next layers are execution authority — the governance of what a machine is allowed to do, under what runtime conditions, with cryptographic evidence an independent party can verify — and pre-decryption admission control — the governance of whether an encrypted communication is ever admitted into the recipient environment at all, before any decryption occurs.

Research Program

The company's research addresses a structural gap in existing authorization architectures: the layer between access being granted and the operation actually executing. Current NIST guidance (SP 800-53 authorization controls, SP 800-137 continuous monitoring, SP 800-207 zero-trust architecture) specifies what authorization controls organizations must implement and how authorization decisions should be monitored, but does not specify a protocol-level mechanism for verifying that each governance decision was made correctly at execution time, against current machine state, with cryptographic evidence an independent party can reproduce.

The Yandeh Holdings research program has produced two filed nonprovisional patent families. The AMIAP / XAP family defines the Execution Authority Protocol category and includes a parent application plus an Implicit Derivability continuation addressing distributed enforcement topologies. The VEMP family defines the Pre-Decryption Admission Control category and includes a parent application plus an Admission Before Decryption continuation addressing alternative key-protection and governance-record architectural patterns. Each family includes its own continuation that extends category coverage to deployment architectures real production systems use, with prosecution of each application insulated from the other through a prosecution history firewall. Additional provisional applications under the Yandeh Holdings docket cover autonomous incident response, cross-domain receipt verification, adversarial governance integrity verification, capability-governance gap architecture, voice-initiated authority chains, and trust-aware endpoint authority. Specific identifiers are provided to qualified evaluators under structured engagement.
