Yandeh Holdings Inc.
Delaware corporation holding the intellectual property underlying XAP, the Execution Authority Protocol category.
Mission
Yandeh Holdings Inc. exists to develop and steward protocol infrastructure for the governance of autonomous systems in the post-quantum era. The company conducts and holds research on machine identity, execution authority, and verifiable authorization, and licenses the resulting intellectual property for commercial deployment through its licensing entity.
The central thesis of the company's research program: security has been organized around identity. The next layer is execution authority, the governance of what a system is allowed to do, under what runtime conditions, with cryptographic evidence an independent party can verify.
Research Program
The company's research addresses a structural gap in existing authorization architectures: the layer between access being granted and the operation actually executing. Current NIST guidance (SP 800-53 authorization controls, SP 800-137 continuous monitoring, SP 800-207 zero-trust architecture) specifies what authorization controls organizations must implement and how authorization decisions should be monitored, but does not specify a protocol-level mechanism for verifying that each governance decision was made correctly at execution time, against current machine state, with cryptographic evidence an independent party can reproduce.
The XAP Parent application defines a new protocol category addressing this gap. The continuation specifies how category membership applies to cooperating distributed components whose collective outputs satisfy the structural requirements. Together, the Parent and the continuation define the category and establish its structural framing across the enforcement topologies real production deployments use. Both applications are pending; specific application identifiers are provided to qualified evaluators under structured engagement.
